Cyxtera – a global leader in data centre colocation, interconnection services and digital infrastructure – has announced it has been recognised as a leader in the 2023 ISG Provider Lens: Private Hybrid Cloud – Data Center Services report, in the Colocation Services quadrant. This is the second year in a row that Cyxtera has won this designation.
Cyxtera was recognised for its rich colocation and interconnection services, robust partner ecosystem, patented Digital Exchange network fabric, self-service customer portal, excellent remote hands services and exceptional compliance levels.
“Cyxtera’s highly secure data centre facilities, differentiated portfolio of colocation services and mature self-service portal make it an attractive option for enterprises building out their hybrid IT infrastructures,” said Shashank Rajmane, Principal Analyst, ISG.
Demand for private/hybrid cloud solutions and services continues to grow, even as many enterprises temporarily scale back cloud investments due to macroeconomic concerns, according to ISG. The colocation business has also grown significantly in the US over the last two years, the report said. Working closely with technology vendors and network operators, colocation providers like Cyxtera are improving IT operations, reducing latency and enhancing network performance for clients of all sizes.
Nelson Fonseca, Chief Executive Officer, Cyxtera, added: “Cyxtera’s commitment to technology innovation and the ongoing evolution of our partner ecosystem help data-driven enterprises build hybrid IT environments that solve today’s challenges and help them prepare for tomorrow.”
